• Report directly to Accounting and Finance Director.
• Direct and oversee all the accounting activities of parent company and 3 subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with Public Accountable Entities (“PAEs”) and SET regulations.
• Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements and timely reported
• Prepare the monthly/ quarterly / annual consolidated financial statements and liaison with the company’s auditor and audit committee members.
• Prepare taxation report and coordinate with Revenue Department.
• Verifying and approving for all related documents according to authorization of company's policies which announces.
• Manage the company’s internal control environment and deal with internal auditor for annual audit plan and remediation plan for weakness.
• Managing a team of accounting personnel.
• Good team player, possess strong organization and communication skills, and proactive management
• Handling various other ad hoc reports and analysis requested by the management team.
